The platform was designed to move employee communication and learning away from fragmented channels into a structured digital ecosystem. I worked across business, HR, technology, and functional teams to define requirements, shape user journeys, coordinate implementation, and drive adoption. The solution brought together employee communication, policies and resources, knowledge management, training programs, course discovery, learning journeys, and internal engagement through a single digital experience.
