At Divyasree Developers, I own the end-to-end digital and experience ecosystem across tenant and enterprise platforms, from solution design and architecture through deployment, adoption, and optimization. The work focuses on replacing manual processes with scalable, technology-first operations and connecting PropTech systems across access control, visitor management, tenant platforms, F&B, mobility, and internal tools. I also work on modular digital products with a roadmap for external monetization and SaaS-led growth, while using MAU, NPS, CSAT, and conversion data to improve user journeys and business outcomes. |
